A Fishy Problem

Someone thought it was a good idea to dump a whole lot of fish heads near this canal. Never mind a near by sign that says "No Dumping or Littering" (please see my previous post on the garbage problem). I wondered what the fishy smell was for several days as I crossed the bridge near this site before I discovered this rotting mass of fish heads.

I guess, they thought nature would take care of it eventually. Rightly so, the fish heads are almost gone a week later.
